If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your LOLL and you haven’t worn it we are happy for you to return it for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of your purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for paying the cost of the return postage.  If your LOLL is faulty (unlikely, but it could happen) please get in touch and we can replace or refund 🙂 Just get in touch by email or give Lara a call on 0448 999877. To return it you need to talk to us first so that we know to expect it and we will give you the address. Once we receive it back with us the refund will be made the same way that you paid and we will email you once that is done. A refund will only be made if the LOLL is unworn and if you contact us about returning it within 30 days of the purchase.
